You've probably come across these words while browsing and wondered what they actually mean. Sooo here's a little breakdown of what we mean when we talk about our goodies.
First off, we are stoked to be able to deliver a selection of high-performance activewear in a variety of recycled fabrications. ECONYL is an innovative fabric made from products containing nylon that have reached the end of their days. Things like old fishing nets, wetsuits and other industrial plastics which are rescued from ocean beds and are recycled backed into a durable yarn. And now, we are able to offer 78% recycled nylon that fits like a second skin and offers up all the same high performance properties as its non-recycled counterparts. So you're not just doing good for yourself, but also the environment. Yew!
SCULPTS AND HUGS? You can thank compression for that. Our fabrics come in 2 or 4-way stretch, meaning the fibres are woven in a way to follow the contours of your body, acting like a second skin that visibly hugs you in, even as you hit the most high impact workouts. This compression helps to circulate the blood, and firms up the muscles while you sweat it out - and the added support from our high waistband gives you the ultimate fit so you're ready to go at it again and again.
As you're hitting those PBs you'll be sweating it out - ALOT. So the importance of the fabric being moisture wicking is pretty high. Being crafted with nylon, our activewear pieces are able to draw out the sweat, away from your body to dry out quickly. This means that your body's kept regulated at the right temp whether hot or cold, and you're kept comfortable during your workout without worrying about that damp feeling.
